Eriksen collapsed on the pitch during Denmark’s Euro 2020 clash with Finland in June 2021 after suffering a cardiac arrest.

He was then out of action for eight months following the termination of his contract at Inter before returning to the Premier League with the Bees in January.

The former Tottenham man was in inspired form during the second half of the 2021/22 campaign, providing four assists and scoring once.
