Marco Fabián has long been linked to Chivas but because of recent financial woes, he has not been able to be considered an option for the upcoming season.
However, after being notified that he would not be in Juárez’s plans, the Mexican midfielder has re-entered the Chivas orbit, who after giving up will consider signing him again.
According to reports in Mexico, the 31-year-old would agree to cut his salary to smooth things over and be able to wear the Chivas shirt again for the 2021 Apertura.
After last summer’s surprise linkup with Juárez, Fabián has been a stunning disappointment, not contributing anything offensively in 24 appearances.
As his contract was only a one-year deal, Fabián is free to choose which club he signs for after the 30th of June.
