One of the best young academy talents in the Chivas camp has been 21-year-old midfielder Alejandro Organista, who has plenty of pundits projecting him to be a star in Liga MX and possibly beyond.

However, Chivas have been unable to renew the player’s contract and are now set to lose him on a free transfer.

According to various Mexican media outlets, Organista will leave Chivas for Atlético San Luis, with eyes on a starting role.

Atlético San Luis stunned many by reaching the quarter-finals of the Liguilla this past season and are now able to attract better talent.

Organista made four first-team appearances for Chivas, making nearly 50 appearances for the Tapatío squad.
