On Monday, Chivas announced that one of their long-standing players would be headed stateside.
Through their social networks, Chivas confirmed the departure of Ronaldo Cisneros, who will join Atlanta United of Major League Soccer.

The Mexican arrives on loan, where he will link up with former Mexico international midfielder Gonzalo Pineda, who was named manager last August after several years as the Seattle Sounders assistant.
The player will remain at Atlanta United until July 7th. There are two options included in the deal: one to extend the loan until the end of the 2022 MLS season and a purchase option, though the terms remain undisclosed.
