Chelsea left-back Ben Chilwell is in a Premier League 2 XI to take on Fulham on Wednesday.

The left-wing-back is among four senior players who will take part in the clash.

Chilwell is continuing to work his way back to full fitness after a long-term injury lay-off last season.

He was replaced in the starting lineup against Tottenham on Sunday by new signing Marc Cucurella.

Trevoh Chalobah, Ethan Ampadu and Carney Chukwuemeka will also be involved in the PL2 game.

Tuchel told SkySports: "He is a very intelligent player, he does good choices, very safe on the ball and playing through the lines, very calm.

"I have a feeling that he has a bit more feeling for the rhythm and intensity of matches than Ben at the moment.

"We keep Ben Chilwell for substitutions because he is a high-speed runner, an intense runner.

"But after his long injury I think he lacks a little bit of rhythm and feeling for the matches. That's why we go for Cucu today."
