Chelsea's David Luiz heaps praise on 'golden person' N'Golo Kante | OneFootball

David Luiz has heaped praise on Chelsea team-mate N’Golo Kante and described him as a ‘golden person’.

The diminutive midfielder is an integral figure at Stamford Bridge and played a major role in the Blues’ Premier League title triumph in 2017 before helping France lift the World Cup in the summer.

Kante has so far played every minute under new manager Maurizio Sarri with Chelsea winning all of their first four games of the season.

And while a key player for the west London club, Luiz insists he is also a great person to have around the dressing room and good friend.

“Everyone has to understand that he is a great player, a good person,” Luiz gushed to RMC Sport.

“May he continue like that. Everyone knows him a little bit, he is someone with a heart totally different from everyone else.

“He’s a golden person, a great friend. We laugh every day together because it’s great to have a player like him.”
