Moises Caicedo is expected to be passed fit for Chelsea after resuming training this week. The Ecuadorian has been nursing an ankle injury but is set to be available for tonight’s final.
Joao Pedro is expected to keep his place in attack after a dream debut in the semi-final. The Brazil international scored both goals in the 2-0 win over Fluminense.
Liam Delap is back from suspension which could lead to Pedro moving to a deeper role. Levi Colwill is also back from a ban.
In terms of injuries, Romeo Lavia, Dario Essugo and Benoit Badiashile are all unlikely to feature, while Noni Madueke has left the camp to complete his transfer to Arsenal. New signings Jamie Gittens and Estevao Willian can not feature after representing Borussia Dortmund and Palmeiras earlier in the tournament.
Chelsea predicted XI: Sanchez; James, Chalobah, Colwill, Cucurella; Fernandez, Caicedo; Palmer, Pedro, Neto; Delap.
