The game will be played at Stamford Bridge, where Chelsea are unbeaten in the league since December. Meanwhile, Liverpool have lost just once on the road in the league. This game will be broadcast live on Sky Sports Premier League.

Liverpool win (23/10 with Betfred)

Chelsea have not beaten Liverpool for over four years – their last success being a 1-0 victory in March 2021 at Anfield. Liverpool will be riding high after being crowned Premier League champions last weekend and will be looking to end their season with as many wins as possible. Chelsea are in good form but they come up against the Liverpool machine that is in full flow, with three wins in a row.

Mo Salah to score or assist (1/1 with Paddy Power)

Mo Salah has scored or assisted in all eight games Liverpool have played against the so-called Big Six in the Premier League this season. It’s been an incredible season for Salah, who is in the frame for the Ballon D’Or, with the Egyptian scoring 34 times in 50 appearances in all competitions. He’s recently signed a new contract so will be looking to end the season on a high, especially against one of his old clubs.

How both teams go into Chelsea vs Liverpool

Chelsea come into this affair right in the thick of a sensational race for Champions League football. Just five points separate third and seventh in a tight top five race, with four games left of the season. Enzo Maresca’s side are unbeaten at home against any Big Six side since a 2-0 defeat to Manchester City on the opening weekend. The Blues’ record (home and away) against the Big Six in the Premier League this season is: two wins, two draws and four losses.

Chelsea are in good form coming into this game, unbeaten in six and winning four of those, but with the sides around them all poised to take their place, they can’t really afford to drop many points. They’ve got a tricky run in too, with game against Newcastle, Man Utd and Nottingham Forest alongside this fixture.

Meanwhile, aside from trying to tally as many points as possible before the end of the season, Liverpool have little to play for coming into this clash. They wrapped up the title last weekend with a 5-1 win over Tottenham, meaning a guard of honour from the Blues. The feat will mark a record-equalling 20th top-flight title for the Reds and could mean they are the third-earliest side to be crowned champions in Premier League history.

Liverpool are unbeaten in three games, with their last loss coming against Fulham and being just their second defeat of the season. Aside from that heavy win against Spurs last weekend, they’ve also taken three points from Leicester and West Ham in recent weeks on their march to the Premier League trophy.

Chelsea vs Liverpool head-to-head

As mentioned, Chelsea have not beaten their opponents since 2021. Their last three matchups have gone in Liverpool’s favour, including when the Reds won the Carabao Cup final in February 2024.
