Chelsea knew they needed a big performance tonight trailing 2-0 to Manchester City, but even Sonia Bompastor could not have expected what her side produced in a stunning first half at Stamford Bridge.
After Sandy Baltimore gave them a crucial early lead, they turned the tie around just before half-time with goals from Nathalie Björn and Mayra Ramírez.
Björn's was a dominant header from Baltimore's corner, while Ramírez's was a scuffed finish after a great run and cut back from Lauren James.
A third win from a four-game series across three different competitions beckons for the Blues, as does another mouthwatering semi-final with defending UWCL champions Barcelona.
Can they finish the job?
