Sancho had a slow start to his season in the Bundesliga but has come back strongly. He now has 12 goals and 18 assists in 34 games, which, for a 21-year-old, is pretty impressive.

The report mentions that Thomas Tuchel is planning a ‘raid’ on his former club in order to strengthen his team for the next season. The Blues are also in the running for Romelu Lukaku and Erling Haaland.

Sancho to Premier League?

It is believed that Dortmund have a gentleman’s agreement with the former Manchester City winger that would allow him to leave under certain conditions. His price tag was £105million last summer, but that is not the case now.

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, it is thought that somewhere around £78million would be enough to land the youngster.

Liverpool would hope that they can make the UEFA Champions League next year by finishing in the top 4 this season. That would surely make them a better prospect for any new signings considering every top player’s desire to play in the UCL.

Interestingly, the Reds and the Blues are two teams that fighting for that 4th position. Both the Manchester clubs and Leicester City seem well placed to take the top 3 spots.
