Silly season, also known as the transfer window, is hardly in full swing yet, as is always the case when it coincides with a major international tournament.

Clubs will of course still be working on deals, and a number of the players are not involved in the Euros. However, I don’t expect us to see some of the major movements of this window until after the competition comes to a close, with that being the focus.

We will see be seeing the reports come in though, but it has been a little quieter since the Euros began on Friday.

One name that is still hovering around though, is Inter Milan wing back, Achraf Hakimi.

Chelsea are reportedly interested in signing the 22-year old this summer, but face competition from PSG also.

The latest report yesterday via Corriere dello Sport suggests that Chelsea have increased their offer for Hakimi to 50 million euros, and they’ve included left back Emerson Palmieri as part of the deal.

The report has been cited by The Daily Mirror, who claim this is an increased offer for Hakimi.
