Despite having very limited time playing men's football, Kellyman was part of last summer's attacking youth offensive that was launched by the Stamford Bridge residents. Chelsea agreed a £19 million deal to sign the 19-year-old creative from Aston Villa, having only appeared in a handful of first-team matches.

Kellyman didn't get any chances under Enzo Maresca in his first season with the club, so he is set to temporarily leave west London in search of some proper game time in the Championship, according to Ben Jacobs.

He only played three times for Chelsea's under-21s last season, in part because of a season-ending injury he picked up in March. The teenager failed to directly contribute to any goals in those outings, but that doesn't mean that he couldn't be a very useful player for a second tier side. These three in particular could benefit from Kellyman's services.

Birmingham City

A move to St Andrew's would mean joining the rivals of the club whose academy the youngster developed in, but his profile is one that Blues have been searching for this summer.

The one area of Chris Davies' record-breaking side that maybe wasn't up to par with the rest of the squad was their wide attacking options. Birmingham clearly feel this is an area of weakness as they have been linked with a number of wingers, including Peterborough United's Kwame Poku and Dutchman Sontje Hansen.

In Kellyman, they would get an exciting option to deploy in Davies' system. Plus, they almost certainly wouldn't have to worry too much about the wages that they'd have to offer, given they are willing to pay Poku £30,000 per week, as Football League World exclusively revealed.

Millwall

Alex Neil's side could certainly do with some offensive help. They only scored 47 goals all season last time out and, even though Femi Azeez did a nice job filling in for Romaine Esse after his move to Crystal Palace, more help for the Lions in this department wouldn't go amiss.

The other big factor that could lure Kellyman to The Den is the location. Staying in London is often the preferred option for fellow capital-based clubs who want to send their youngsters away to gain experience. Playing for Millwall would mean that Kellyman wouldn't be too far from Stamford Bridge.

Winning promotion means that the Addicks are really going to need a strong summer in order to still be a Championship club come this time next season. Like Millwall, their location is handy for Chelsea's teenager, and they could also do with some help in Kellyman's area of the pitch.

Right-sided player Thierry Small has left Charlton to join Preston North End. While he was not an out-and-out winger, he was a very threatening attacking option on that flank. Nathan Jones will need to seek out some form of replacement this summer. Kellyman, in going-forward terms, could help the Addicks make up for what Small has left behind.
