Barcelona have their new manager in place, they’ve cleared some of their wage bill mess, and they finally sound like they’re ready to spend some money.

Thomas Tuchel seems like to both of them, but it’s clear that neither is a truly top tier star, and although it would be hard, Chelsea can do better if they time their move right.

A January sale for either seems very unlikely, as Tuchel likely wouldn’t be able to replace them, but if Barca keep getting their house in order, and neither player becomes an undisputed first team choice long term, we can see one of them going to Spain this summer.
