Chelsea Owned Inter Milan Target Rejects £50m Al-Hilal Offer

Chelsea striker Romelu Lukaku has reportedly rejected an offer from Al-Hilal worth 50 million pounds per season.
This news comes a as boost for Inter Milan who are still hoping to maintain the services of the Belgian giant.
The 30-year-old signed for the Blues in the summer of 2021 following a splendid two-year stint at Appiano Gentile. The bomber spearheaded the club’s charge towards the Scudetto title in 2020/21. He also earned the Serie A MVP award for his exploits.
But following a troublesome campaign at Stamford Bridge, he returned to the Nerazzurri on a temporary basis.
Lukaku spent the 2022/23 campaign on loan at Inter but the club doesn’t have the option nor the financial means to buy him outright.
Nevertheless, the Beneamata are still hoping to find a formula that would keep the player for another year. The striker himself is eager to remain at the Giuseppe Meazza.
So according to Sky Sports News via FcInterNews, Lukaku has rejected an offer from Al-Hilal worth 50 million pounds per season.
The Premier League giants have already sold Edouard Mendy, Kalidou Koulibaly and Hakim Ziyech to the Saudi Pro League. However, Lukaku has no intention of getting on the train to the Middle East.
The former Everton and Man United striker is still keen on playing football at the most competitive level.
But as the source tells it, Chelsea have refused Inter’s approach to keep Lukaku on loan for another year. The West London club would like to find a permanent solution.
So let’s see if the two clubs will manage to find an accord that would keep the Belgian international at his beloved club.
