Chelsea now tracking Serie A goalkeeper in links that will excite Blues fans

The majority of the Chelsea fans I speak to on a regular basis 100% believe that the club need to sign a replacement for Robert Sanchez.

So whenever there is a solid link to a new goalkeeper that comes out, then Blues fans will get excited, just to hear that this is actually an area the club are looking at despite all the positive PR reports we see that come out all the time on how much they back Sanchez.

EXCLUSIVE! 5 full backs Chelsea have placed top of their shortlist for transfer move soon!

We can all see that Sanchez is not good enough to continue to be Chelsea number one. And his understudy, Filip Jorgensen, is also looking a little bit hit or miss and is perhaps still quite raw.

So for me, and as I say, for the majority of the rest of the Chelsea fans I speak to on a daily basis, Chelsea need to sign a new goalkeeper.

Zion Suzuki in action for Parma recently

talkSPORT have a wide ranged transfer report out this weekend speaking about a number of different players, and in the report, there is a mention of Chelsea being keen on a new goalkeeper from Serie A.

They say that Chelsea have continued to track the progress of £40million rated Parma goalkeeper Zion Suzuki, who looks to be a very top stopper.

Whether anything comes of this or not remains to be seen, but just the fact that there are now solid links to new goalkeepers is at least encouraging. I suspect though, that any move for a new number one at Chelsea will now just wait until the summer, and they will stick with what they have until then at least.
