Chelsea midfielder Jorginho wants to leave the club at the end of the season.
The 30-year-old is out of contract at the Stamford Bridge club when this campaign concludes.

According to Marca, Jorginho is offering himself to Barcelona via a pre-contract.
He can sign an agreement to join the Catalan giants for next season and beyond.
Jorginho has long been linked with a move back to Italy from Chelsea, but no deal materialised this summer.
His future is in greater doubt since the sacking of Thomas Tuchel and installment of Graham Potter as the club's new head coach.
