Chelsea will be left worrying over the fitness of strikers Romelu Lukaku and Timo Werner after both exited in the first half against Malmö due to injury.
The Belgian won a penalty which Jorginho converted for a 2-0 lead but it was in doing so that he was hurt.
Lukaku breezed past two challenges in the area before being felled by a crude swipe from behind and instantly signalled his discomfort.
After pounding the pitch in pain repeatedly, he was substituted to be replaced by Kai Havertz.
And things got even worse moments before half-time for the Champions League holders when Werner was also forced off with a hamstring issue and limped all the way down the tunnel, with Callum Hudson-Odoi on instead.
Updates will follow on the fitness of both.
