Chelsea still have plans to build a multi-club model, just as the likes of The City Group and The Red Bull Group have successfully done of late.

Owner Todd Boehly has openly spoken about the benefits of doing this in recent times, and he especially highlighted the loan system and how that would hugely benefit if you had other clubs to loan players to, making sure they get game time and develop.

There are obviously many other benefits to doing this as well, and Chelsea are certainly planning to do this.

Insider Ben Jacobs has the latest on this in his latest thread, and he claims that it is incorrect that French club Sochaux turned down an offer from Chelsea to buy them, and that they are still very much on the radar for Boehly.

He also explains that Chelsea are looking in Portugal, Belgium, and Brazil for other clubs to buy.
