According to The Evening Standard (report below), Chelsea line up bid for Fulham youngster Luke Harris, with plans to continue the academy spending.

Harris is a 17-year-old midfielder who has recently been called into the Wales U19 squad. He is another one who looks like a very good talent for the future.

Chelsea’s head of the academy Neil Bath has been finding players for the Chelsea academy from the top clubs around Europe, and it looks like Harris is the latest to come onto his radar.
