Chelsea are reportedly expecting the Court of Arbitration for Sport to reduce their two-window transfer ban – which would allow them to make signings in January.

In February, Fifa handed the Premier League club a two-window transfer ban after they were found guilty for breaching rules over signing minors.

However, according to Mirror Football, Chelsea have alerted leading agents they expect to be ‘back in business’ after amending their initial appeal.
