The Fikayo Tomori story seems to throw up new information and speculation every day.

Many Chelsea fans believed that it is pretty much a matter of a done deal him joining AC Milan on a permanent deal this summer.

However, with all the reports of the club potentially looking to get a discounted fee on the agreed option to buy, Chelsea appear very clear now that they must pay the full 28 million euro option to buy, otherwise he comes back to Stamford Bridge this summer.

Despite other reports you may have heard, there have been no talks yet between Milan and Chelsea, and judging by this information from the reliable transfer expert Fabrizio Romano, Chelsea will have nothing to talk about anyway.
