Manchester City’s Barclays Women’s Super League fixture at Chelsea has been altered for live TV coverage in the United Kingdom.

Gareth Taylor’s side will now travel to Stamford Bridge on Saturday 16 November, with kick-off scheduled for 17:30 (UK).

The game, which sees last year’s top two face each other for the first time this season, will be shown live in the UK on Sky Sports.

Only goal difference separated the two teams at the summit last season, with the title race going down to the final day.

City ultimately missed out on the WSL crown by just eight goals, but did send out a statement by dealing Chelsea their first defeat at Kingsmeadow in 33 matches in February 2024.

The latest clash promises to be just as enthralling, with comprehensive coverage also available via the official Man City app.

Our Matchday Centre, getting under way from 16:00, will provide detailed text updates, stats and analysis across the evening, with live audio commentary also available from kick-off.

Those with push notifications turned on will be alerted to all the key moments as they unfold, with a match report and reaction from Gareth Taylor and members of the squad available soon after the final whistle.

Highlights from the encounter plus a CITY+ full-match replay can be accessed from 12:00 on Sunday 17 November.
