And after quickly settling into his new surroundings, the 17 year-old attacker is a regular with Chelsea's U23 team this season.

Fiabema's progress has impressed and surprised Flo, who not only works as Chelsea loans boss, but also as an assistant coach with Norway's U21 team.

"It is extremely tough competition, but he has taken a very big step. Bigger than we had thought so far. He has already received a high star and established himself on the U23 team earlier than the club had envisioned. We thought he would need more time, but he has played a lot," enthused Flo to VG.

"It has been a pretty difficult time to do it, but he has handled it really well.

"He has been impressive."

So far this season, Fiabema has managed eight appearances for Chelsea, scoring an impressive five goals in an attacking midfield role. The youngster has scored four goals in six Premier League 2 games and also has seen action in the EFL Trophy.
