Christopher Nkunku is “almost guaranteed” to leave Chelsea this summer according to transfer expert Fabrizio Romano.
Chelsea have been busy this summer and have already signed three attackers in Joao Pedro, Liam Delap and Jamie Gittens.
The Blues are thought to be closing in on the signing of RB Leipzig star Xavi Simons, whilst they are also looking at Ajax’s Jorrel Hato.
Nkunku’s future has been in doubt since January, and following the arrival of Gittens, Pedro and Delap, the Frenchman has fallen further down the pecking order.
Bayern Munich are said to have reignited their interest in Nkunku, but as of yet the German giants haven’t made an official move.
Manchester United have reportedly been quoted £35m to sign the 27-year-old, whilst it’s believed Chelsea have reduced their asking price to £43.3m.

As of yet no offers have come in for Nkunku, and it had been reported there could be a chance the France international stays at Chelsea, but Romano has now provided an update.
He took to X.com and said:
“Christopher Nkunku’s exit from Chelsea this summer remains almost guaranteed.
“Nkunku wants to play more with several top clubs keen in the background; Chelsea are open to selling him since January.
“More contacts will follow soon.”
Nkunku scored just three goals in 27 Premier League appearances last season, whilst he managed 15 in 48 appearances in all competitions.
With Nkunku heading for the exit door, Chelsea are closing in on their fourth attacking signing of the summer in Simons.

The Blues are in talks with Simons over a move to Stamford Bridge, and are reportedly close to an agreement on personal terms.
The 22-year-old can play as both a number ten and a left winger making him a good fit for Enzo Maresca’s system, and Leipzig are thought to want around €65m.
