Fabrizio Romano has reported that Chelsea and Inter Milan are set to meet in the coming days to discuss the Romelu Lukaku situation, as his priority is to play at Inter next season.

Lukaku has made 37 appearances for Inter this season in all competitions, scoring 14 goals and providing seven assists in a successful season finishing 3rd in Serie A, and getting to the Champions League final, losing 1-0 to Manchester City.

The 30-year-old striker is currently valued at 40.00m by Transfermarkt, following a move from Inter Milan to Chelsea in 2021 for a fee of around €115.00m, before being loaned back in 2022 just one year later.

Lukaku scored 15 goals and provided two assists in his year at Chelsea, but after a falling out with the club, Chelsea decided it was better for both parties to allow the Belgian to leave the club on loan.

Inter Milan will also discuss Kalidou Koulibaly with Chelsea as they are very interested in him, and Chelsea will ask for a final price tag for Andre Onana before deciding on a bid, as reported by Romano.
