Charlton Athletic Women sign forward Angela Addison from Spurs | OneFootball

Karen Hills’ first summer signing for Charlton Athletic is forward Angela Addison from her former club, Tottenham Hotspur.

The 22-year-old spent four years with Spurs and was called up to England U-23s last October.

Addison told charltonafc.com: “I am delighted to be here, it is a great club with great ambition, and I want to help that grow in the right direction. I am very direct, I am quick and agility wise I am there as well.

“I worked with Karen [Hills] for a few years, we did great things and we both know a lot about each other. I am still ready to learn new things.”

Head Coach Karen Hills commented: “I am delighted to have Angela on board here at Charlton. Having worked with her previously I am well aware of the flair and creativity that she possesses and I am really excited to see how she can help the team move forward into the new campaign.”
