After kicking off the tournament in style with a 2-0 win over Angola, Hicham Dmii’s men were caught off guard by Kenya (1-0). The result: to keep their quarter-final hopes alive, they now face a must-win clash against Zambia this Thursday at the Moi International Sports Centre in Nairobi.

On the other side, Zambia are enduring a tough tournament. Defeated 2-0 by DR Congo and then 2-1 by Angola, the Chipolopolo are out of the running for qualification, but will be playing for pride—and their first points of the campaign. Historically, Morocco have dominated this fixture, but all the pressure will be on the Atlas Lions, who must find a way through without letting the occasion get the better of them.
