Championship Side Looking To Land Fulham Winger | OneFootball

Championship side Blackburn Rovers are trying to bring in Fulham winger Martial Godo, according to journalist Alan Nixon.

Godo has been on the books of Fulham since 2022 and only signed a professional contract last summer.

The 21-year-old English winger was on loaned out to League One outfit Wigan Atheltic last season where he appeared in 34 league matches.

Now Championship side Blackburn Rovers are claimed to be interested in the 21-year-old Cottagers winger.

It has been suggested that they are trying to loan Godo in before the transfer window closes tonight.

Rovers have lost attacking talents like Sammie Szmodics and Sam Gallagher this summer.

They were looking to bring in Siriki Dembele, who joined Oxford United; Godo is seen as a like-for-like alternative to Dembele.

Now it remains to be seen if John Eustace’s side will be able to sign the fringe Cottagers winger by the end of the day.
