Milan look to Santiago Gimenez, Joao Felix, Rafael Leao and Christian Pulisic with surprise changes in the Champions League play-off against Feyenoord.
It kicks off at San Siro at 17.45 GMT.
The first leg ended 1-0 for the Dutch side thanks to Mike Maignan’s early howler on the Igor Paixao snapshot, so with no away goals rule, Milan need to win by one goal to force extra time, by two to win the tie.
Sergio Conceicao experimented by starting all four star strikers together for the first time in Rotterdam and had been expected to bench Pulisic this evening, especially as he is not fully fit.
Instead, all four start and the big surprise is the introduction of Yunus Musah – who was suspended for the first leg – instead of Youssouf Fofana in midfield.
Gimenez faces his former club with support from Joao Felix, Pulisic and Rafael Leao.
Emerson Royal, Ruben Loftus-Cheek and Alessandro Florenzi are still on the treatment table, with Alex Jimenez and Luka Jovic cup-tied.

Feyenoord continue to have a lengthy absentee list, expanded from the first leg by Quinten Timber’s serious knee ligament injury and Ayase Ueda’s strain.
He joins Gernot Trauner, In-beom Hwang, Ramiz Zerrouki, Bart Nieuwkoop, Jordan Lotomba, Justin Bijlow and Chris-Kevin Nadje on the treatment table.
Paixao was a constant threat in that first leg and starts in a more defensive line-up with 18-year-old debutant striker Zepiqueno Redmond and impressive Anis Hadj Moussa.
