Juventus are decimated by injuries, so launch Timothy Weah as a centre-forward with Kenan Yildiz and Francisco Conceicao for this difficult trip to Aston Villa.
It kicks off at Villa Park at 20.00 GMT.
The Bianconeri injury crisis is only getting worse, as Weston McKennie is the latest addition to the absentee list.
He joins Dusan Vlahovic, Arkadiusz Milik, Nico Gonzalez, Vasilije Adzic, Gleison Bremer, Juan Cabal and former Aston Villa star Douglas Luiz on the treatment table.
It means coach Thiago Motta has no strikers available at all, so has to use Weah as a False 9, supported by Teun Koopmeiners, Conceicao and Kenan Yildiz.

Amadou Onana and Jacob Ramsey are out of action, with Boubacar Kamara and Ezri Konsa not fully fit either.
Ollie Watkins leads the attack with support from Leon Bailey, Morgan Rogers and John McGinn, while super-sub Jhon Duran is on the bench.
