The two finalists will also clinch the last two spots in the 2024 Concacaf Caribbean Cup.

Club Atlético Pantoja vs. Arnett Gardens FC

Club Atlético Pantoja and Arnett Gardens FC seek to continue their winning streaks after entering the competition in the Round of 16.

Atlético Pantoja arrives as the best defensive team in the tournament with zero goals conceded. Jeremy Baez and Luis Espinal have scored the goals for the Dominican side, while Alessandro Baroni has collected two clean sheets.

Arnett Gardens FC arrives to the semifinals as the most efficient offense with nine goals scored in two matches. Fabian Reid co-leads the top scorer race with three goals to his tally.

Grenades Football Club vs. CCCUL Dublanc

Grenades Football Club meets CCCUL Dublanc in a clash of teams that entered the preliminary round and have won three straights. Only one team will get to extend that run into the championship match.

Grenades arrives as the team with the most goals, with 10 across three rounds. The club started its campaign with a 6-2 win over Guyana Defence Force before advancing on a pair of 2-1 wins over SV Real Rincon and last year’s Caribbean Shield and Concacaf Caribbean Cup Champions SV Robinhood. Malcolm Stewart leads the team with three goals as he chases the Golden Boot.

Dublanc needed penalties to decide its quarterfinal tie against Rams Village Superstars FC. The Dominica side were forced into a penalty shootout but prevailed 5-2 to advance. Travist Joseph scored a brace in the previous match and has three goals to co-lead the top scorer race.
