CF Pachuca, Chorrillo FC make their W Champions Cup debuts

MIAMI – The 2025/26 Concacaf W Champions Cup continues its opening week as CF Pachuca Femenil hosts Chorrillo FC in Group A on Tuesday at Estadio Hidalgo in Pachuca, Hidalgo, Mexico.
Both teams will make their W Champions Cup debut after being crowned winners in their respective domestic leagues.
The reigning Liga MX Femenil champions, Pachuca won its first league title in the Clausura 2025 season. Las Tuzas have some of the biggest names in the region starting with three-time Liga MX Femenil Golden Boot winner Charlyn Corral, who found the net 21 times to help her team get its first championship. Alongside Corral will be Mexican women’s football legends Mónica Ocampo and Kenti Robles seeking to help the club to a winning start.
Chorrillo FC are the Panamanian representatives in the 2025/26 edition as the winners of the Super Final, a match between the Apertura and Clausura champions. Players like Shaday Mow and captain Laurie Batista will lead the side in its tournament debut.
