Celtic have confirmed the arrival of Australia midfielder Aaron Mooy on a free after his departure from Shanghai Port.
The 31-year-old terminated his contract in China after two seasons, moving there after a successful spell in the Premier League with both Huddersfield and Brighton.
And Mooy has now put pen to paper on a two-year deal at Parkhead.
Although he played under current Hoops boss Ange Postecoglou at international level, he is the first Australian player the manager has signed at club level since leaving the Socceroos.
Mooy is also no stranger to Scottish football, having enjoyed a two-year tenure in Paisley with St Mirren at the start of his senior career, and will wear the number 13 jersey most recently used by Moritz Bauer.
