Celtic are on the road this summer, here’s everything you need to know about their pre-season ahead of the 2022/23 season.
Celtic can mark their 2021/22 campaign down as a great success as they were crowned champions of Scotland for a remarkable 52nd time, beating bitter rivals Rangers to the title by a deficit of four points, gaining bragging rights in the capital of Glasgow.
They also featured in the new European competition, the Europa Conference League – but unfortunately for them fell at the round of 32 to Norwegian side Bodo/Glimt, who were defeated by eventual champions AS Roma in the quarter-finals.
Celtic will be using these pre-season games to prepare for the new campaign, and they could prove vital in seeing what areas they need to improve, or to potentially showcase some new faces.
So, with this – here’s everything you need to know about Celtic’s pre-season 2022-23.

Celtic will also be taking part in a 10 day training camp in Austria, sometime at the beginning of July – with the official date still to be confirmed.
This will be a period before the already confirmed fixtures and it is thought that they will arrange some more games against Austrian sides during this time period.
