Patryk Klimala has completed a move to MLS side New York City Red Bulls, Celtic have confirmed.
The Polish striker joined the club in January of 2020 but found chances at Parkhead limited under both Neil Lennon and John Kennedy.
A move Stateside had been mooted for some time and has now gone through, although the transfer fee has not been disclosed.
There were reports from the Daily Record among others that Celtic would come close to recouping the €4 million that they spent to bring him to the club from Jagiellonia.
In total, the 22-year-old scored three goals in 28 appearances for the Bhoys and won a Scottish Cup.
