Ceballos turns 27

Dani Ceballos celebrates his 27th birthday today. The midfielder was born on 7 August 1996 in Utrera (Seville) and joined the club in the summer of 2017. Last month he extended his contract with Real Madrid until 30 June 2027 and throughout his career at the club he has made 120 official appearances. Ceballos has secured 11 trophies in his time at the club: 2 Champions League titles, 3 Club World Cups, 2 Uefa Super Cups, 1 LaLiga titles, 1 Copa del Rey and 2 Spanish Super Cups.
The midfielder joined the Whites from Betis and made his madridista debut in the Clásico Spanish Super Cup at the Santiago Bernabéu, which was the player’s first trophy. Between 2019 and 2021 he played for Arsenal and returned to Real Madrid a couple of seasons ago to clinch the Champions League, LaLiga and Spanish Super Cup treble. Last season he helped the team secure the Club World Cup, the UEFA Super Cup and the Copa del Rey. Ceballos is a full Spain international and won the silver medal at the last Olympic Games in Japan.
