Pays de Cassel managed to keep PSG and Mbappé at bay for close to a half-hour before Mbappé struck his first, but the Boy from Bondy had completed a hat-trick by half-time and added another two in the second half which, added to strikes from Neymar (from an Mbappé assist!) and Carlos Soler, took the total to seven goals.

The record haul also saw Mbappé close in on Edinson Cavani's all-time scoring record for the club - which stands at 200 goals in all competitions - by taking his tally to 196. There is clearly no stopping this young man!
