Club América will have a scary time navigated their first-round Concacaf Champions League matchup tonight on the road against a very experienced Olimpia side.

The Hondurans, in fact, have played in the competition more than any other club, making their 12th appearance in the competition.

Last season, Olimpia upset Major League Soccer sides Seattle Sounders and Montreal Impact to make the semi-finals, eventually falling to champions Tigres.

Of course, América also fell in the semi-finals, dropping a 3-1 contest against Carlos Vela and LAFC.

It’s widely expected that the seven-time champions will start Oscar Jiménez, Bruno Valdéz, Alonso Escoboza, Bryan Colula, Santiago Naveda, and Antonio López.
