Castilla to face Barça Atletic in the first round of the playoffs for promotion to the Segunda División

Real Madrid Castilla ended the league in third position and will now face Barça Atletic in the first round of the Segunda División promotion play-offs. The tie will be a two-legged affair, with the first leg away from home next weekend (3-4 June). The return leg will be played at the Alfredo Di Stéfano on 10-11 June.

Should the academy side advance to the next round, they will play the winners of Celta B-Eldense in the promotion playoff final series. This will be played on the weekend of 18 June (the first leg) and 25 June (the second leg). The first match of the playoffs will be at the home ground of the lower-ranked team from the Regular Season.
