Manchester United and Coventry have named their lineups for today’s FA Cup semi-final at Wembley.
As was reported in the last 24 hours, Casemiro starts at centre-back due to United’s defensive injury crisis – Willy Kwambala is the latest to be ruled out. Mason Mount and Sofyan Amrabat are also absent today.
Scott McTominay takes the Brazilian’s place in midfield alongside Bruno Fernandes and Kobbie Mainoo.
In only their second ever FA Cup semi-final (the other came on their way to their sole success in 1987), Coventry name arguably their strongest side with Mark Robins looking to pull off an upset for the ages.
The Sky Blues boss was, of course, once of United and is often credited with saving Sir Alex Ferguson’s job with a cup goal in 1990. Could he do the reverse today and end Erik ten Hag’s Old Trafford reign?
What do you think of the teams and the upcoming clash?
