MASSIMILIANO CANZI

“Arsenal are a side in good health right now, they’ve overcome a tough period and they have a lot of quality on an individual and team level. They have their way of playing despite having changed coach recently, and they’re a team with a lot of strengths and not many weaknesses. We’ll take them on by playing our game, we’ve worked on our style of play in these last few months and by now we have our own identity both with and without the ball, so we’ll take them on by looking to play to our strengths, but aware of theirs too.

“The level in the Women’s Champions League is high, it’s not easy but it’s great to be part of this competition. We have to keep working on improving on the areas wherein we have some difficulty, but we’re aware of our ability to go all the way and we want to do just that. We’re in good shape as well thanks to a squad that allows for us to rotate.

“In the group stage of the Champions League, every game is a big one, no opponents are any easier than others. We know how important this game is, especially being at home, and we know how much it can shape things from here on. We’ll go out there to play aware of our ability and with smiles on our faces.”

SOFIA CANTORE

“Bringing my shirt to the Juventus Museum was an indescribable emotion, and being part of the history of this club is a reason to be proud. There are no secrets behind my start to the season, but I’m happy with how things are going and I want to keep playing like this.

“We analyse every game we play, and the game against Bayern [Munich] left a bitter taste in our mouths because they scored twice from set pieces. We’ll take on another top team tomorrow and we’ll leave everything on the pitch hoping to get a result.

“The way we play under the boss has helped me to get the best out of myself. There’s a good atmosphere in the squad, everybody is happy and I feel like I can say that everything is coming easily to me at the moment, it’s no coincidence that we’re all playing really well so far this season.

“In the Champions League we come up against teams full of talented players with a lot of experience too. We know that in Europe we can’t afford to have lapses of concentration or focus, because in those moments you get punished at this level. Having teammates with a lot of high-level experience helps us of course, it brings that extra bit of calmness needed for games like these."
