Morocco went into tonight’s final game of Group F looking to progress to the World Cup knockout rounds for the first time in 30 years.
And they were given a massive helping hand from Canada goalkeeper Milan Borjan within four minutes.
Borjan received an under-hit pass back from Alistair Johnston and in an attempt to salvage the situation took a heavy touch which led the ball astray and into the path of Morocco winger Hakim Ziyech.
Form 30 yards out, Ziyech lofted the ball into the empty net to give his country the lead.
Borjan has had a ‘mare there.
