The United States internationalist defended resolutely as Celtic kept Dinamo Zagreb quiet for majority of the encounter at the Maksimir Stadium. Rarely, the Hoops have now kept back-to-back clean sheets away from home in Europe’s elite club competition.
Solid defensive performances domestically have been a familiar pattern for Carter-Vickers and his teammates so far this season but to do it on the European stage is even more impressive.
