Eduardo Camavinga and Rodrygo feature among the 20-strong shortlist for the 2021 Golden Boy, the accolade set to be awarded by Tuttosport to the best under-21 player in European football on 13 December. The prize is awarded on the basis of votes cast by 40 sports journalists from across Europe to the best player registered with a European club who was born since 1 January 2001.
Camavinga is one of the new faces in this season's Real Madrid squad. He is only 18 years of age but despite his youth has already made his full France international debut. He was on target on his madridista debut, which came in the meeting with Celta Vigo.
Rodrygo, meanwhile, is currently in his third season with Real Madrid, having already won one LaLiga title and one Spanish Super Cup. The Brazilian ace has enjoyed a special relationship with the Champions League so far, where his standout performances include hitting a hat-trick against Galatasaray in the 2019/20 campaign. At 20 years old, he is already a full Brazilian international.
