Celtic captain Callum McGregor has signed a new five-year contract with the club.
The Bhoys announced on Friday that the midfielder has put pen to paper on a deal until 2026.
“I’m absolutely delighted,” he told the club’s official website. “It’s a proud moment again to extend my stay at the club.
“This is a new chapter and I’m desperate to see the five years out and if I’ve done that, then that means it’s been a pretty successful time again.”
McGregor first joined the Youth Academy at the age of eight and has made 338 appearances to date, scoring 54 goals.
