Callum Hudson-Odoi has reportedly agreed a new contract to stay at Chelsea amid interest from Bayern Munich.

The Premier League club are yet to officially confirm the news but according to the BBC, Hudson-Odoi will sign a new five-year deal worth more than £100,000-a-week before the start of the new season.

Bayern are believed to have made a bid worth £35m for the 18-year-old back in January, prompting the winger to make a transfer request.

However, the England international is expected to be handed more first-team opportunities under new Blues boss Frank Lampard and appears to have been convinced to commit his future to Stamford Bridge.

Hudson-Odoi’s 2018/19 season was cut short when he suffered a ruptured Achilles injury in April but he is expected to return to action in September.

Bundesliga champions Bayern, meanwhile, will now be forced to move onto other targets, with Manchester City winger Leroy Sané and Barcelona’s Ousmane Dembélé thought to be top of their wish-list.
