AC Milan will take on Torino at the San Siro in just under 30 minutes, hoping to secure a spot in the Coppa Italia semi-finals. Ahead of the game, Davide Calabria spoke to Rai Sport (via MilanNews.it) about the importance of it.

The Rossoneri have won four consecutive games in all competitions, following the narrow win against Brescia last time out. Of course, taking the start of the season into account, they would like to build on this positive spell.

In the interview, Calabria spoke about exactly this, stressing the need to take advantage of the positive run of games. Of course, advancing to the semi-finals of Coppa Italia would be a good sign for the San Siro side.

“Difficult match, but they are coming from a poor performance against Atalanta. We have to take advantage of the positive moment, the results are coming and we have to continue on this streak.

“We have had little time to prepare, trying to recover the physical side of things, which is fundamental,” he concluded.

Calabria, having just recovered from an injury, will start on the bench for this game. Therefore, Andrea Conti will be on the right-hand side as usual, looking to provide the attackers with support.
