Borussia Dortmund chief executive Hans-Joachin Watzke is upset seeing Jadon Sancho struggling for Manchester United.

Sancho left the Bundesliga giants during the summer window, joining United in a transfer worth £73million.

Speaking about the former Dortmund star, Watzke slammed United bosses for his lack of opportunities at the start of the season.

“I love Jadon. When you see him playing you get tears in your eyes," he told SPORT1.

“It hurts my soul that he is given so little consideration. I think his problem is that he's not set in the English national team."

Sancho is yet to score or register an assist for his new club, but could be handed another chance when United take on Villarreal in the Champions League on Wednesday night.
