Swansea City and Genero Adran Premier leaders Cardiff City Women will go head-to-head for a place in the Bute Energy Wales Cup final.
The Welsh top-flight’s current leading four sides make up the semi-finalists, with The New Saints to take on second-placed Wrexham in the other half of the draw.
Ties are to be played on Sunday 3 March at neutral venues, to be confirmed in due course.
