As reported by Sky Germany, there are multiple Bundesliga and 2. Bundesliga clubs monitoring Bayern Munich youngster Eyüp Aydin.

Aydin has played a pivotal role for the Bayern Munich under-23 side over the past two seasons in the regional league. Therefore, this has led to multiple Bundesliga sides garnering interest in the 18-year-old.

Borussia Mönchengladbach, Werder Bremen and Schalke 04 – who have just been relegated to the 2. Bundesliga – are the sides with the most interest in the teenager. Aydin believes that he is ready to make the next step up in his career and is willing to make the move away from Bavaria, with another top European club said to be interested.

However, it is unclear as to whether he will be part of Thomas Tuchel’s plans ahead of next season. Aydin has risen through the Rekordmeister’s ranks since the under-16s and is consistently training with the first team.

Bayern did make use of their option to extend Aydin’s contract in the spring with it set to end this summer. The midfielder will be available if an appropriate offer of around €1m was made to the record champions.

Aydin featured 24 times for Bayern’s under-23 side last season where he was primarily deployed as a midfielder. During this time, the teenager would three goals and provide four assists as Bayern II finished third in the Bavarian Regionalliga.
